MEMBERSHIP
New members applying for membership shall only be eligible for membership if they meet all of the following criteria:
i) The applicant must be a branch, subsidiary or associate of a banking group;
ii) The banking group must be supervised by an internationally recognised and accepted banking supervisory authority in its home country.
Membership subscription is currently at
RM5,000.00 per annum.

From its initial six founding members, the Association's membership has since grown to 32 members. Membership of the Association is open to all Labuan companies incorporated or registered in Labuan under the Labuan Companies Act 1990, established for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying on Labuan banking business, and which hold a valid licence to conduct such business under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 or Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010.
